Terms of service

These terms apply when you use Sabli (sabli.app): on the web, in AI tools over MCP, through the API or in Slack. By using Sabli you agree to them. Questions: hello@sabli.app.

Who runs Sabli

Sabli is run by Ruben Santana Mangorrinha, Carrer de Sardenya 356, B1, 08025 Barcelona, Spain. These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you're a consumer in the EU, you also keep the protections of the law where you live.

What Sabli is

Sabli lets you ask AI minds of real experts. Each mind is built with the expert, under their license, and answers with their methods and judgment. An answer comes from an AI licensed from the expert, not from the expert personally, and every answer says so.

Your account

Who can use it. Sabli is for adults: you need to be 18 or over.

Keep it yours. You're responsible for what happens under your account and your API keys. Keep keys private, and revoke one from your account if it leaks.

Connected tools. When you connect Sabli to Slack, Claude, ChatGPT or another tool, answers there use your plan. In Slack, your Slack account links to your Sabli account only when both use the same confirmed email.

Credits and plans

Credits. An answer is 1 credit. A full deliverable (PRD, launch plan, architecture review and similar) is 3. Signature minds cost 3×: 3 credits an answer, 9 for a full deliverable. Documents and links: a one-pager is included in the answer's price on any plan; longer ones need a paid plan, and about every 6 pages read add 1 credit (3 on a Signature mind), up to about 25 pages. A free account comes with 5 credits. On the web, each answer includes 3 follow-ups at no extra cost.

Day pass. €5.99 once, for 24 hours and 10 credits. It never renews.

Plus. €19 a month for 50 credits. It renews monthly until you cancel with Manage billing on your plan page; you keep it until the end of the month you paid for.

Prices. Shown before you pay, VAT included. Stripe handles payments; we never see your card.

When an answer fails. If a mind can't answer, its credits go back to you automatically. Anything else, write to us.

Right of withdrawal. Credits are digital content you start using right away. When you buy, you ask us to start at once, so the 14-day right of withdrawal ends once you use them. Unused, write to us within 14 days for a full refund.

Using the answers

You can use answers in your own work, documents, products and decisions, under each expert's license terms, shown on their mind's page. What you can and can't do is explained in plain language on Licensing. In short, you may not:

  • Copy, extract or reverse-engineer a mind, or try to get its private instructions
  • Use answers to train other models or minds
  • Remove the attribution when you show an answer publicly
  • Present an answer as the expert's own words or a quote from them
  • Treat a mind in a regulated field as formal professional advice
  • Use Sabli for anything illegal or abusive, or to get around its limits

We can suspend accounts that do these things.

AI has limits

Answers are written by AI. They can be wrong or incomplete, so check what matters before you rely on it. A mind in a regulated field (law, tax, health, finance) is not formal professional advice and doesn't create a client relationship with the expert.

Experts

Experts keep their expertise, name and likeness, approve every version of their mind before it goes live, and are paid on every paid answer. Their side is set out in the expert promise and their licensing agreement.

Your data

We handle personal data as described in the privacy policy. We don't use your questions or answers to train AI models.

Responsibility

We work to keep Sabli running and your data safe, but we can't promise it never goes down. As far as the law allows, we're not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.

Leaving, and changes

Leaving. Delete your account any time from Account → Profile; it's removed straight away, and Plus ends with it. Removing Sabli from Slack deletes that workspace's connection.

Changes. If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll tell you by email before they apply. Using Sabli after that means you accept them.
